How to make a return
Start the procedure
Go to the contact section of the site www.horyzon.it, select the subject "return communication" enter all data relating to the purchase of the product (product name, invoice number, details of the courier delivery, date of receipt of the product, reason for the return decision.

When Horyzon authorizes you to return the item, prepare and ship within 10 working days from the moment Horyzon has accepted the return. In case of damaged or non-conforming object, Horyzon must provide you with a return shipping label. If, on the other hand, you changed your mind after the purchase, the shipping costs to return the object are your responsibility.

You can track the shipment and see when the item was delivered to the seller.
Horyzon will carry out the necessary checks, should the report indicate anomalies or non-conformities of the product, and start the refund procedure which must take place within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
Problems with a return or an item that does not conform to the description
If, for a purchase paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal, you should receive a damaged or non-compliant item as described in the listing or have problems with its return, please contact the Customer Service immediately by sending a communication to customer. @ horyzon.it.
