Shipping your package

When your order is shipped, in most cases you can track shipping on My Orders. When placing an order, remember to enter your address details and phone number correctly to facilitate delivery. Except for the shipping methods "Delivery Today" and "Scheduled Delivery", all the others do not provide deliveries at time slots or at a specific time. Any requests cannot be taken over.

Main couriers for shipments to Italy

Horyzon.it makes deliveries from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. All other couriers deliver from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm. Remember that delivery times are only indicative and may vary in some areas, times of the year, or depending on the shipping option you choose.
